Diese AGB gelten für Käufe des digitalen ContextHouse-Pakets über diese Website. Die deutsche Fassung ist rechtlich maßgeblich. An English courtesy translation follows below; only the German version is legally binding. Zwingende Verbraucherrechte werden durch nichts in diesen AGB eingeschränkt.
§ 1 Verkäufer und Geltungsbereich
Verkäufer ist die Lucky Parrot UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Kaiser-Joseph-Str. 254, 79098 Freiburg im Breisgau, Deutschland, eingetragen beim Amtsgericht Freiburg im Breisgau unter HRB 733417 („wir“). Diese AGB gelten für alle Käufe über diese Website durch Verbraucher und Unternehmer.
§ 2 Das Produkt
ContextHouse Starter ist ein digitaler Inhalt: der einmalige Download eines Zip-Archivs mit dem ContextHouse-Ordner und 52 Klartext-Dateien (Struktur, Regeln, Arbeitsabläufe, durchgespieltes Beispiel, Handbuch und KI-Instruktionsdateien), wie auf den Produktseiten beschrieben. Das Produkt enthält keinen KI-Assistenten und kein KI-Abonnement; für das arbeitende System ist ein kostenpflichtiges KI-Abonnement eines Drittanbieters erforderlich (rund 20 US-Dollar pro Monat, Stand August 2026, zahlbar an den KI-Anbieter), wie neben dem Kaufbutton offengelegt.
§ 3 Bestellung und Vertragsschluss
Der Kaufbutton dieser Website führt zu einer Checkout-Seite unseres Zahlungsdienstleisters Stripe. Die Bestellung wird verbindlich, wenn Sie im Checkout den abschließenden Zahlungsbutton anklicken, der als zahlungspflichtige Bestellung gekennzeichnet ist (§ 312j Abs. 3 BGB). Der Vertrag kommt zustande, wenn wir die Bestellung nach erfolgreicher Zahlung per E-Mail bestätigen. Die Vertragssprache ist Deutsch; die englische Übersetzung dieser AGB dient nur der Information. Der Vertragstext (diese AGB) ist hier dauerhaft abrufbar; Ihre Bestelldaten bestätigt der Zahlungsbeleg, den Sie per E-Mail erhalten.
§ 4 Preise und Zahlung
Alle Preise verstehen sich inklusive der geltenden deutschen Umsatzsteuer. Während des Startfensters beträgt der Preis für ContextHouse Starter €19.81 (die ersten 14 Tage ab Start); der reguläre Listenpreis beträgt €79. Die Zahlung wird über Stripe abgewickelt; die verfügbaren Zahlungsarten werden im Checkout angezeigt.
§ 5 Lieferung
Die Lieferung erfolgt per Download: Unmittelbar nach erfolgreicher Zahlung leitet der Checkout Sie auf Ihre persönliche Download-Seite weiter; deren Link bleibt dauerhaft gültig, speichern Sie ihn als Lesezeichen. Geht der Link verloren, senden wir ihn auf Anfrage an Ihre Checkout-E-Mail-Adresse erneut zu. Der Download ist ein Zip-Archiv (ContextHouse_v1.0.zip); die veröffentlichte SHA-256-Prüfsumme steht auf der Download-Seite, damit Sie die Datei auf Wunsch prüfen können.
§ 6 Widerrufsrecht und dessen Erlöschen
Verbrauchern steht ein gesetzliches 14-tägiges Widerrufsrecht zu. Bei digitalen Inhalten, die nicht auf einem körperlichen Datenträger geliefert werden, erlischt das Widerrufsrecht mit Beginn der Lieferung, wenn Sie der Lieferung vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist ausdrücklich zugestimmt und Ihre Kenntnis davon bestätigt haben, dass diese Zustimmung das Widerrufsrecht beendet, und wir Ihnen dies auf einem dauerhaften Datenträger bestätigt haben (§ 356 Abs. 5 BGB). Diese Zustimmung geben Sie auf der Download-Seite unmittelbar vor Beginn der Lieferung ab; die vollständige Widerrufsbelehrung einschließlich Muster-Widerrufsformular finden Sie auf der Seite Widerruf.
§ 7 Lizenz
Die gekauften Dateien dürfen Sie für Ihre eigenen persönlichen oder unternehmensinternen Zwecke nutzen, verändern, umbenennen und weiterentwickeln, auf beliebig vielen eigenen Geräten. Nicht gestattet ist die Weiterverbreitung, der Weiterverkauf oder die Veröffentlichung des Pakets oder wesentlicher Teile davon, ob verändert oder nicht. Maßgeblich ist der im Paket enthaltene Lizenztext (LICENSE.md).
§ 8 Mängel und Aktualisierungen
Es gilt das gesetzliche Gewährleistungsrecht für digitale Produkte (§§ 327 ff. BGB). Korrekturen an der 1.x-Linie des Pakets werden für den Zeitraum, in dem Sie sie vernünftigerweise erwarten können, kostenlos über denselben Download-Link bereitgestellt; darüber hinausgehende Funktionserweiterungen können als eigene Produkte angeboten werden. Das Produkt setzt KI-Werkzeuge Dritter voraus, deren Verhalten und Preise außerhalb unserer Kontrolle liegen; die Produktseiten nennen die geprüften Kompatibilitätsgrenzen mit Datumsangabe.
§ 9 Haftung
Wir haften unbeschränkt für Vorsatz und grobe Fahrlässigkeit, für die Verletzung von Leben, Körper oder Gesundheit sowie nach dem Produkthaftungsgesetz. Bei einfacher Fahrlässigkeit haften wir nur für die Verletzung wesentlicher Vertragspflichten, begrenzt auf den vorhersehbaren, vertragstypischen Schaden. Eine weitergehende Haftung ist ausgeschlossen.
§ 10 Schlussbestimmungen
Es gilt deutsches Recht unter Ausschluss des UN-Kaufrechts. Sind Sie Verbraucher, bleiben die zwingenden Verbraucherschutzvorschriften des Staates Ihres gewöhnlichen Aufenthalts unberührt. Sollten einzelne Bestimmungen dieser AGB unwirksam sein, bleibt der Vertrag im Übrigen wirksam.

§ 1 Seller and scope
The seller is Lucky Parrot UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Kaiser-Joseph-Str. 254, 79098 Freiburg im Breisgau, Deutschland, registered at Amtsgericht Freiburg im Breisgau under HRB 733417 (“we”). These terms apply to all purchases made through this website by consumers and businesses.
§ 2 The product
ContextHouse Starter is digital content: a one-time download of a zip archive containing the ContextHouse folder with 52 plain-text files (structure, rules, workflows, worked example, manual, and AI instruction files), as described on the product pages. The product does not include an AI assistant or any AI subscription; a paid third-party AI subscription (roughly $20/month, as of August 2026, paid to the AI company) is required for the working setup, as disclosed next to the buy button.
§ 3 Ordering and contract formation
The buy button on this site leads to a checkout page operated by our payment provider Stripe. The order becomes binding when you click the final payment button in the checkout, which is labeled as an order with an obligation to pay (§ 312j Abs. 3 BGB). The contract is formed when we confirm the order by e-mail after successful payment. The contract language is German; this English translation is provided for convenience. The contract text (the German terms) is permanently available on this page; your order data is confirmed by the payment receipt you receive by e-mail.
§ 4 Prices and payment
All prices include the applicable German VAT. During the launch window the price of ContextHouse Starter is €19.81 (first 14 days from launch); the regular list price is €79. Payment is processed by Stripe; available payment methods are shown at checkout.
§ 5 Delivery
Delivery is by download: immediately after successful payment, the checkout redirects you to your personal download page; its link stays permanently valid, so bookmark it. If you lose the link, we resend it on request to your checkout e-mail address. The download is a zip archive (ContextHouse_v1.0.zip); its published SHA-256 checksum is shown on the download page so you can verify the file if you wish.
§ 6 Withdrawal right and its early expiry
Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, the withdrawal right expires when we begin delivery, if you have expressly consented to delivery before the end of the withdrawal period and confirmed your knowledge that this consent ends the withdrawal right, and we have confirmed this to you on a durable medium (§ 356 Abs. 5 BGB). You give exactly this consent on the download page, immediately before delivery begins; the full instruction, including the model withdrawal form, is on the Withdrawal page.
§ 7 License
The purchased files are yours to use, modify, rename, and build on for your own personal or internal business use, on any number of your own devices. What the license does not permit is redistributing, reselling, or publishing the package or substantial parts of it, whether modified or not. The license text included in the package (LICENSE.md) is the authoritative version.
§ 8 Defects and updates
The statutory warranty for digital products (§§ 327 ff. BGB) applies. Corrections to the 1.x line of the package are provided free of charge via the same download link for the period in which you can reasonably expect them; feature upgrades beyond that may be offered as separate products. The product requires third-party AI tools whose behavior and pricing are outside our control; the product pages state the verified compatibility boundaries as of their stated date.
§ 9 Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the Product Liability Act. For simple negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract. Any further liability is excluded.
§ 10 Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of habitual residence remain unaffected. Should individual provisions of these terms be invalid, the remainder stays in force.
